When one or more teeth are missing, a dental implant is often the most natural and stable solution. The first question everyone asks is, “How much does it cost?” The short answer is – it depends on the situation in your mouth and what exactly goes into the treatment. Below you will find a simple explanation of all the steps and costs, without technical terms that you do not need to know.

It depends on the findings, the brand of the implant, the need for additional interventions and the type of crown. The final price is given after a 3D scan (CBCT) and inspection.

● One tooth on implant (implant 350e + abatment 55e + metal-ceramic crown 155e): €560

● Single tooth with metal-free/zirconium crown: €660

● Bridge of 3 teeth to 2 implants: € 1.220

● All-on-4 first phase (implants + abutments + temporary teeth)): €2020

● All-on-4 Second Stage Definitive Teeth: Toronto Bridge: €1500
Metal-ceramic bridge: € 2500
Zirconium bridge: €3500

● All-on-6 first phase (implants + abutments + temporary teeth): €2830

● All-on-6 second stage – definitive teeth: Metal-ceramic bridge: €2600
Zirconium bridge: €3600

● Sinus lift (per side, if missing bone): €500

● Local bone augmentation: €200–€500

● 3D CBCT + therapy plan free: €40-€80

These are the ranges to know the framework. On the inspection, you will receive your exact offer by items.

The cost of a dental implant does not depend only on the “screw” that replaces the tooth root, but on a series of precise steps, materials and expertise that together ensure the longevity, functionality and natural appearance of the new tooth.

Without a 3D scan (CBCT), it is not possible to accurately assess the condition of the bone and plan the implantation. This image shows the height and width of the bone, as well as the exact position of the sinuses, nerves, and other important structures. Based on this, the dentist determines the number, length and width of the implants, as well as whether the addition of artificial bone or sinus lift is required. Accurate planning is the key to success, as it eliminates risks and allows for long-term stability.

An implant is a titanium screw that is implanted into the bone and serves as a replacement for the natural root of the tooth. There are several systems and brands that differ in material quality, surface treatment and thread design. Some systems adhere better in complex cases and fuse with the bone more quickly. The price varies depending on the complexity of the procedure and the necessary additional interventions as part of the preparation for the surgical procedure (caries repair, endodontic treatment, ridge leveling…

Abatment is the link between the implant and the dental crown. It can be standard (factory) or individually made in the laboratory using CAD/CAM technology. Individual abutment is usually used in more aesthetically demanding regions because it allows for a perfect position and a more natural appearance of the teeth compared to the gums.

A crown or bridge is the final part of the work. Metal-ceramic crowns are the most common choice because they are affordable and reliable, while metal-free crowns (zirconium, e.max) offer the best aesthetic result

thanks to the natural transparency and shine of the material, especially in the front of the jaw. The choice of material directly affects the price, but also the durability and aesthetics of work.

In certain cases, if the stability of the implant allows, a temporary fixed tooth can be placed immediately after placement. This allows the patient to have a functional and aesthetically acceptable appearance during the process of fusion of the implant with the bone. If the implant is placed in an area with bone deficiency or after augmentation, a temporary prosthesis is often recommended until complete osseointegration occurs, which usually takes several months.

Regular check-ups and proper hygiene are an essential part of the whole process. Professional cleaning, monitoring the condition of bones and gums, as well as proper home hygiene preserve the longevity of work. Neglecting maintenance can lead to inflammation around the implant and its loss.

Examination, conversation about expectations and CBCT imaging. Based on this, you get a plan: the number of implants, whether additional interventions are needed, deadlines and cost per phase.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Most patients feel pressure, but not pain. Expect mild swelling for 1–3 days.

If the bone and stability allow it – a temporary fixed work is carried until the final one. If you are doing a sinus lift or a major augmentation, you go patiently and without risk.

The implant is fused with the bone. You come for check-ups. Maintenance is important.

Fingerprinting or 3D scanning, trial phases and final crown/bridge. You will receive care instructions and a control plan.

One tooth is missing (e.g. premolar)

● Implant: ~ € 350

● Abatment: ~ € 55

● Crown: metal-ceramic ~ € 155 (metal-free ~ € 255)

● Total: €560–€660

You get a natural look and normal chewing without grinding the adjacent teeth.

I’m missing three teeth in a row.

● Solution: 2 implants + 3 crown bridge (middle tooth “over”).

● Subtotal: €1.220

Often more cost-effective and less invasive than 3 single implants.

Little or no teeth in the jaw (fixed solution)

● All-on-4 Phase One (Implants + Abutments + Temporary Teeth): €2020

● All-on-4 Second Stage Definitive Teeth: Toronto Bridge: €1500
Metal-ceramic bridge: € 2500
Zirconium bridge: €3500

● All-on-6 first phase (implants + abutments + temporary teeth): €2830

● All-on-6 second stage – definitive teeth: Metal-ceramic bridge: €2600
Zirconium bridge: €3600

All-on-6 distributes chewing forces better and is often more stable in the long run, but All-on-4 is a great solution when the bone is limited. The decision will be made after the CBCT.

This is possible when the implant has reached initial stability and no major bone augmentation has been done in the same place. In these cases, temporary fixed teeth are often installed until the final work. If a sinus lift or major augmentation was done, it is better to wait for everything to heal properly. It is important that the treatment is safe and long-lasting – speed is not a priority at all costs.

● Sinus lift (per side): € 500 – when there is not enough bone height in the back of the upper jaw.

● Local bone augmentation: € 200–€ 500 – filling a minor defect.

● Soft tissue plastic: sometimes in the aesthetic zone to make the crown look more natural.

● Tooth extraction and restoration before implantation, if necessary. You don’t need this in any case. That’s why the plan always starts with a recording and a review. Implant brands and types of crowns – a simple explanation

● Implants (brands): all serious systems are made of titanium and have a treated surface that helps to fuse with the bone. The difference in price often comes to the fore in more complex cases, when premium systems can be integrated faster and more securely.

● Rosaries:

● Metalloceramic – reliable and more affordable, great for side regions.

● Metal-free (zirconium, e.max) – the most beautiful aesthetic result, especially the front. The choice is not “better/worse”, but “what is better for your case”. We align this with aesthetics, function and budget.

● Record 3D CBCT
● Tell us what your expectations are: appearance, deadlines, budget.

● Feel free to ask for all cost items: implant, abatment, crown, temporary work, check-ups, possible additional interventions.

● If you are coming from another city, please tell us that we plan appointments in compact phases in advance.

• If you need, we can help you with transportation and accommodation.

● Regular brushing and cleaning between teeth (interdental brushes or oral irrigator).

● Scheduled check-ups (e.g. every 6-12 months).

● If necessary, a night splint for teeth grinding (bruxism).

● At the check-up, we check the tissues around the implant and the load on the bridge/crown.

Good care is just as important as the installation itself.

It is done under local anesthesia. You may feel pressure during work, and after slight swelling for 1–3 days. You’ll get clear advice on how to recover.

Implant placement is done in one visit. Then the implant takes 3-6 months to grow together. After that, we make and install the final work.

If the stability is excellent and no major bone augmentation has been done – often yes (temporary fixed tooth until the final one). If you have a sinus lift or a major augmentation, it is better to wait.

In most standard cases, € 560 metal-ceramic or € 660 metal-free crown. Right after the review and plan.

It depends on the CBCT findings, bone arrangement and chewing habits. All-on-6 often distributes forces better, but All-on-4 is great when the bone is limited

Yes. It increases the risk of inflammation around the implant. We recommend cutting or discontinuing, especially during the period of adhesion.

The cost of a dental implant depends on your specific case. The best way to get the exact amount is a 3D snapshot and overview, after which you get a plan with phases, deadlines, and cost items. That way, you know exactly what you’re paying for and when you’re done.

If you wish, we can prepare two variants of the plan (more economical and premium) so that you can easily compare the differences in price and result.
