Frequently Asked Questions – Patients From Abroad
1 . How many days do I have to stay in Novi Sad for therapy?
It depends on the type of thanksgiving. For simple interventions, a stay of 1–3 days is sufficient, while for larger procedures (e.g. implants, All-on-4/6) we recommend 5–10 days, depending on the individual therapy plan. We always try to minimize the length of time without compromising on quality.
2. Do you arrange transportation from the airport?
Yes. We organize transfers from and to the airport “Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade (50 min from Novi Sad), as well as from Budapest if necessary. All in order to make your arrival stress-free.
3. Do you provide accommodation?
Yes. We help you find quality and comfortable accommodation near your practice – according to your wishes and budget. We can also offer recommendations for apartments, hotels or private accommodation.
4. Can I get a pro forma invoice before arrival?
Of course. Based on the orthopan image or CBCT that you send us, we will give you an approximate suggestion of therapy and price. The final plan is confirmed at the first inspection, after a detailed live analysis.
5 . Is it painful?
All procedures are performed under local anesthesia and without pain, with maximum attention to the patient’s comfort. In larger interventions, sedation or general anesthesia is also possible, with agreement and evaluation.
6 . Do you speak German/English?
Yes. Communication is possible in English, German, Serbian and Croatian. If necessary, we can also hire a translator.
7. Are your materials certified?
Yes. We use only globally recognized brands and materials with valid EU and FDA certificates. Quality is a priority – without compromise.
8 . What if something happens to me after returning abroad?
We are also available for follow-up treatments, online consultations or additional advice. We also work with colleagues abroad if local help is needed.
